Leap Payments, Inc may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 14 days of purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion.  You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Leap Payments, Inc. to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.


Please contact our Customer Support at (800) 993-6300 for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. All shipping costs paid by the customer. All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry ­standard 1 year warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. The warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
