Submit An Agent Pre-Vet Request Using The Form Below.

Please have the following documents ready for boarding:

  • 3-6 months of processing statements
  • 3-6 months of business and/or personal bank statements
  • IRS SS-4 EIN Verification Letter
  • Articles of Incorporation/Organization
  • Voided Check or Bank Letter
  • Copy of DL or Passport
  • If the business is processing more than $100,000 monthly, please let them know 1-2 years of financials will be requested (i.e. tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheet, etc.)
